Do I chew the pearl?
No. Leave it on your tongue: the outer capsule bursts by itself with saliva, and you swallow the small inner one.
Do they contain sugar?
No. They are sweetened. The pearls and strips contain aspartame, a source of phenylalanine, so they are not suitable for people with phenylketonuria.
Which allergens do they contain?
Cool Caps pearls contain soy (lecithin). Strips contain milk (casein). The Mouth Spray lists no allergens.
Are they vegetarian?
The pearls and strips are not, as they contain bovine gelatin (halal). The Mouth Spray contains no gelatin.
How many can I take?
As many as you need during the day. In excess, the sweeteners may have a laxative effect.
